THIS IS THE STEPS
Copy the URL of the video.
To http://www.zamzar.com/url
Paste the URL into the location where you said too.
Select the file you need (which in my opinion) to MP4
Enter your email address in the space.
Click the Upload button.
If the video is completely loaded, another loading screen.
After some time, check your e-mail. It may take longer to get your e-mail .... or maybe not.
You need a file by e-mail. Downlaod Click on file and should open on the computer.
Then sync the iPod as you would a music file or a song.
