How do I make cheddar & horseradish cream cheese? - horseradish cheese
I bought some of this in the Amish Market in Annapolis, Maryland, and was seen again when I was in Lancaster, PA this week. Appears as a single Amish recipe and can not find everywhere. What is the mix, plus cheddar and horseradish, and of course, what are the recommended servings?

My recipe has bacon. I think I can ignore it, but why? Everything is better with bacon!
8 ounces cream cheese (soft)
5 slices of bacon cut (fresh and cut into small pieces)
1 / 4 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
3 / 4 teaspoon horseradish
1 / cup 4 green onions (chopped)
2 tablespoons shallots (minced)
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 drop of liquid smoke (mesquite)
Some time in a medium bowl until all ingredients are evenly mixed. Cool at room temperature for serving, or warm my favorite! This distribution can be stored in the refrigerator to use up.
You're right, it is hard to find ...
Creamed horseradish Cheddar N '
8 ounces good cheddar cheese
8 oz sour cream
2T. Horseradish (more or less to taste)
Combine sour cream and horseradish to mix tastes.
Or ...
Cheddar Cheese Dip
1 C. cheddar cheese

2 v. Tea. prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon of tea. chopped parsley
5 c. Soup. Mayonnaise
3 c. Soup. Onion, finely chopped
Paprika
Mix cheese and mayonnaise, but do not try in a food processor. The remaining ingredients. Pile on a plate and sprinkle with paprika.
I never had, but some cheeder grid, and equal parts of cheese, cream and horseradish to taste, mix in a food processor or whatever it seems that common sense. Cheela happy.
try this
Amish, but can not?
* 1 pkg. Cream cheese (8 oz)
* 2 tbsp. Horseradish
* 1 cup mayonnaise
* 8 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese
* The green onion, chopped
depending on whether you really want hot sauce, or lighter. Horseradish use accordingly.
